4. Image Uploads and AI-Generated Content

When you submit an image through CreativeLens, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and reproduce that image as part of our gallery and related services, subject to our Terms of Service.

AI-generated content disclaimer: CreativeLens is a platform for sharing and discovering prompts used to generate images with third-party AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, etc.). We do not operate these AI models. The images displayed were generated by our community using those tools. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated images beyond the compilation rights of our curated gallery.

Images submitted to the gallery are reviewed by our moderation team before publication. We reserve the right to decline or remove content that violates our Terms of Service.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice.
